Artur är ny VD för Addtech Life Science. Han har mer än 20 års erfarenhet från Life Science, framför allt inom diagnostik och läkemedelsindustri och har främst arbetat med försäljning/marknadsföring och ledarskap. De senaste två åren har Artur bott i Frankrike och jobbat som Global Division Director för bio Mérieus. Tidigare meritens är nordisk VD för bioMérieux och Organon (På nya Poster) publicerades på Labtech Magazine Nr. 12011
· More than 19 years experience in Sales&mkt, management and leadership from the Pharma, IVD and biotech industry.
· Both technical and MBA background, leadership and management development
· Experience of new establishment /re-organizations, set up of subsidiaries, consolidation of business, etc.
· Result and business orientated with entrepreneurial spirit. Growth achievements over +10% in a market growing at +2 to +3%.
· Proven and successful results of launching new products to the markets.
· Different International missions. France, USA, Nordics
· International experience of Program Direction
· Experience of developing and implementing BSC (Balanced Score Card)
· Analytical experience and able to have helicopter view.
· Intercultural experience / have set up a Nordic organization successfully and been able to integrate it.
· Good in negotiations, recorded experience on negotiations with Int companies and groups, distributors, etc
· High energy and motivation, hard worker and very dedicated to my work.
· Team Player and able to motivate co-workers
· Good in communication, both verbal and in written. Good presentation skills.
